The need for ice cream can strike at any time, so we are scooping away sugar cravings from 12pm to Midnight on weekdays and 12pm-1am on the weekends.
We are growing! In addition to Novel on Grand Ave, we opened a Downtown Mesa location, and are working on 2 more locations as you read this.
We rarely hire. Our staff loves working at Novel and we love to create a fun, creative work environment. We're truly family and want to add someone with plans to help us build our future. We reward hard work, positivity, reliability, kindness, and team players.
SCHEDULING AND COMPENSATION
Availability during our normal operating hours and especially weekends is a BIG plus. Must be able to work Saturdays and/or Fridays.
HOURS: Part-time to start (15-30 hours a week). Management/Shift Lead opportunities are always available for the right people, but there's no obligation to advance if you just enjoy being an amazing team member :)
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Compensation: $15-$16/hour after tip share with guaranteed minimums.

Our priority is finding someone who strikes that sweet balance of a teachable hard worker with enthusiastic positivity... so don't sweat it if your work history is slim or doesn't include scooping ice cream.
